How to register for Cross Country University Running Camp

 

1. Campers and parents fill out the camp application form together by July 20th from this link and pay the $100 deposit from this link.  If you prefer to pay the full amount all at once, you can pay the full $750 at the following link.  Completing the camp application and submitting the $100 deposit offically registers you for camp.


2. Pay the remaining $650 balance by July 20th at the following link

3. Payments by check - You may also choose to send us a check for deposit and/or final payment at 119 Route 537, Colts Neck, NJ 07722.  When sending a check, please make it out to Merriment Running LLC.  In the memo line, please write "Camper(s) first and last name - XCU"  We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the check.

4. Please follow this link to submit the health and medical release form by July 20th.  You cannot come to the camp without it completed and signed by a physician.  In the case where a camper can not submit the form online by July 20th, please contact us.

Team and Siblings Discounts

Campers will receive a $25 discount in the form of cash at check-in, the first day of camp if they:

1. Are part of a team that has 7 members of the same team attending camp.

2. Have at least 1 sibling with them at camp.

Refunds

1. Full refunds are available until July 20th.

2. Half refunds are available until the first day of camp.
