11:00-12:30 Open recreation (pool/games/rest)  
12:30-1:15 Lunch  
1:15-3:30 Open recreation (pool/games/rest)  
3:30 optional learn by doing learning sessions (small groups)  
4:30 Short jog and stretching session  
5:45 Afternoon run (easy/shorter run of the day) or /aqua jogging  
6:00-6:45 Dinner  
6:45-8:00 Relax  
8:00 Evening program (Camp Olympics, Talent Show, Campfire, Dance)  
11:00 Lights out
