Campers will learn from keynote speakers, well educated coaches and staff, their counselors, and each other!


 

Running workout fundamentals daily with your training group and counselors. 
    We do not race at XCU! The week's training should reflect mostly easy running, strides, and one light threshold session

Cross Country University is about much more than training and running all day!  Other activities include:


Talent Show - You can do any kind of talent.  You can bring your instruments, costumes or any other props or supplies
you need to dazzle us.  Previous talent show clips

Dance - XCUs very own DJ will provide music and be taking playlist suggestions throughout the week!

Olympic Competitions - We have individual, group and cabin Competitions over the course of the week.  The top three individual and team finishers win the coveted XCU Camp gold, silver and bronze medals.  This includes the talent contest.

T-Shirt Making - We supply both a camp and a blank t-shirt for every camper.  The blank t-shirt can be painted to show off your Olympic team, cabin or self.  Think of inspirational slogans or quotes you may want to your or your cabin mate's shirt.
