Check In: Between 10:00am – 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 7th. Arriving before 11am will make registration & checking into your cabin easier. The line tends to form around 11:00 am. We will have lunch at 12:00 , have a camp meeting and then go for the first run of camp. (Easy run)
Check Out: Between 10:30 am and 11:30 am on Sunday, August 12th. We will have breakfast but there will be no lunch served on Sunday. All campers must clean out their cabins and be approved to go by their counselor before departing.
Health History Forms: If you have a physical scheduled after July 31, please bring the Health History forms with you to camp. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED FORMS, YOU CANNOT STAY AT CAMP.
Medications: For those campers with asthma, don’t forget to bring your inhalers. Please include any important information on your medical form so our nurse can be aware of any relevant medical conditions. Prescription medicines are permitted with parent signature and dosage instructions.
Team Discount: If 6 or more members of your team come to camp, you will each get $25 back. We will give you cash at check-in.
Talent Show: The Quality and Fun of this night is entirely up to YOU the campers. We have had some wonderful, funny, original, goofy and amazing acts over the years but we NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION!!! Either on your own or get together with new or old friends to come up with any kind of talent. We have a Stage with lights, a piano and speakers. Bring your ideas, props, musical instrument and enthusiasm!!
Camp Dance: Bring any of your own music for our DJ to play!
